In the morning, before going to the Kawasaki Velodrome, I rode for 1 hour around z2.

● Warming up training: 20 laps with tandem

I warmed up with Terada by using a tandem bike. We focused on the idea that there is an enemy behind us. It is very important to practice imaging the enemy’s movement. Last year, I had no space to train for battle. However, We have to get good results in tandem battles this year.

3: 10.881

The time of インカレ was 10.938 last year. We were able to surpass last year’s best time!!!! despite 400 and outside velodrome. I am trying to set the goal of tandem time this year as ‘10.5’ for the time being. If we could beat this time, we would win the インカレ championship.

While riding on the tandem bike, I think I will try to move the saddle forward.

● After I arrived at Hiyoshi, I did weight training.

Squat: 80kg * 3 reps * 3 sets.

Deadlift: 90kg * 5 reps

I want to squat 100kg. I can do it because I have started weight training only two weeks ago, and my nervous system, “神経系”, would adapt.
