My Knee Injury

●5/16(Thu. ) z2ride 2hour

Recently, I have been short on z2 ride. I’d like to ride z2 5~6 hours ideally. I felt that smart roller is harder than ride outside because the load is constant, ERG mode.

This day was rainy day, so I was not able to ride outside.

●5/17(Fri. ) tabata

30-15*5*2set

I trained my vo2. tabata is very hard training, but if I did not have much time, the cost performance of this training is very good.

●5/20(Mon. )

I was selected to be TTT member, so I ride in order to adjust the bike position of TT bike that was set up by Mr. Rokugawa. Unfortunately, right after leaving home, 30s, the chain felled. Because of the impact, my knee hit the DH bar.

Today, I feel sharp pain when I walk. When I become good, bad things happen. My feelings are dark now.
