Training Report

●5/6 (Mon.) recovery day
I did a recovery ride of appropriate intensity.
●5/7 (Tue.) Morning Training
Unfortunately, it rained on this day, so the early morning training was canceled. Because of this, I built a training menu by myself using Zwift, which was originally planned. It was very challenging but improved my VO2 max.
●5/8 (Wed.) sport test & Kawasaki velodrome
I had two scheduled activities for this club this day, a sports test and training at the Kawasaki velodrome.

That is my result. My Vo2 Max is the best score since joining this club. My LT ability is a little bit lower, however, at 4mM it is 304w. This result is my best score significantly. My 4mM’s score is 5.24w/kg. My effort can be visualized by taking this test.

However, I have two improvement points. I have to make my LT ability higher. I can solve this problem by riding at z2. Next, I have to strengthen my max power. I began weight training. This training will solve this problem.

I will write about training in Kawasaki velodrome next time.
