Good morning!
Sunday, my breakfast were toast with salsa sauce and cheese, yogurt and a cup of coffee. Of cause, I did not forget to drink BCAA.
Training menu is V30 composed of V10(5~5.5w/kg), V10(3.5~4w/kg) and V10(5~5.5w/kg). This efforts were most hardest training, you know. First 10 laps, all of us could compete except Eishun. However, next block, V10(3.5~4kg/w), some people were able to rest, but the other people were getting tired. In the third block, V10(5~5.5kg/w), I could complete the menu. Indeed, the others did not seem to be able to complete it. I realize my growth because I could complete this kind of HIIT training two days in a row.
On Monday, today, I replace tires of tandem. In addition, I have to relieve fatigue. Have a nice day!!
