Hi! Recently, I have been wishing the revival of the invitation to training.
●4/24(Tue.) Early Morning Training Day
4kg/w->5.5kg/w*3->4kg/w->5.5kg/w*2->6kg/w->full power
very hard. In the last lap, I was not able to defeat Mr. Abe. He has strong climbing ability because his weight is very light. However, I must be able to learn to defeat him in climbing trainings by not losing my weight but strengthen my power.
I can earned 20min in z5 and above.
●4/25(Wed.) 40-20 tabata training
This tabata training improves my FTP, Vo2 abilities. It is highly hard workout but, I can become stronger. However, I think lacking around z2 training usually called base training. I make time for base training because now that I know haw to do well in class gradually.
